Rollin on Dubs!

This was a blog I typed up on the bus earlier today:

"Right now I am sitting on the bus on the way to Dublin! We just stopped and had a break in this little town by the water that had cute little shops and eateries. We went to an American equivalent to a Panera, it was a really good Irish sandwich place. I had a bacon and brie sandwich with some cheddar and onion “crisps”. Daniella taught us that chips are fries and potato chips are crisps. I will make sure I am prepared to use my knowledge of British jargon when I reach London.
We walked by the water, saw a castle, and there was a store that had things on sale for 7 euros and under. I bought a nice jacket for 7 euros, what a deal!

Galway was on the west coast of Ireland so now we are making our way across. Everything here is so vibrant. The nature here is so simple but beautiful. The countryside is so pretty and unlike Florida, if the land is deserted it feels creepy… here there is so much land that it does not seem desolate but lively.
I find that there are a lot of cultural differences between us and Irish people. We smile a lot more and we like to be loud and obnoxious (which might be just a characteristic of me and my friends). I still believe that we brought the sunshine to Ireland. I was not expecting much good weather but today there are few clouds in the sky and it is very sunny! Good thing I had my sunglasses. It is expected to be 70’s or 80’s in Venice when I go, but I didn’t pack anything warm. Hopefully I can find some good souvenirs and maybe some appropriate clothes for my future excursions!
Alright I’ll write later!
"

And present...
Just got home a little bit ago. We ate at an Italian restaurant for Bieb's dinner and everyone shared a set three course meal. Me and Britt shared a bruschetta, gnochi, and a panocatta and it was delicious!

We sat around and told childhood stories and embarassing tales. We came to the conclusion that we think we have gotten to the point where we can say we love eachother. I already know I will cry so hard when this month is over. We went to the temple area where there are pubs and bars and skipped around to different places. We definitely had a good time. Today has gone by pretty fast. Dublin is much like any other busy city. A lot of people, a lot of shops, a lot to do!

I feel like I'm not in Ireland because Galway was so traditional and Dublin has so much civilization and diversity. But, I am excited to explore tomorrow, shop, and do some free tours/sight-seeing.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!

Leah
